Carson Roff discovered his passion for teaching while working as a shop technician at the Cal Poly Machine Shop during his studies in Mechanical Engineering. There, he honed his technical skills and developed a knack for guiding others through hands-on learning experiences.

 

Now an engineer at Solar Turbines, Carson brings real-world industry expertise to the classroom. When he’s not teaching or working, he enjoys salsa dancing and riding his motorcycle. Carson is dedicated to helping students build confidence in their skills and explore the exciting world of making.
